Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end hardware development for new devices, including concept, design, prototyping, validation, production, and post-launch support.
  • •Design and review system architecture and power solutions with focus on performance, safety, and compliance.
  • •Collaborate with external PCB layout contractors and design houses, including guidance and coordination.
  • •Translate user and regulatory requirements into technical specifications and documentation, and run internal/external design reviews and risk assessments.
  • •Support hands-on debugging, lab testing, product validation, and embedded firmware integration as needed; maintain hardware documentation and operational support via SAP/ERP.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a Tertiary Qualification in Engineering.
  • •At least 1 year of experience in product design and development, system integration, and design for manufacturing across the full product life cycle.
  • •Proficiency in CAD design tools such as Altium Designer, KiCAD, and/or Inventor.
  • •Knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • •Fluency in spoken and written English and the ability to communicate effectively.
