Sales Associate (40 hrs)

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Build lasting client relationships through product expertise and tailored recommendations, drive sales via cross-selling and upselling, and manage daily store operations. Use mobile POS and clienteling tools (including social selling and short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases, while supporting inventory processing, visual merchandising, and asset protection.
