Key Responsibilities

•Investigate multi-accounting, bonus abuse, and suspicious betting patterns, digging into data to uncover what’s actually going on.
•Build clear, evidence-backed cases and determine the appropriate action to protect users and maintain marketplace integrity.
•Collaborate with internal tools and admin systems to identify risk and sharpen fraud/risk processes.
•Communicate findings clearly to non-technical teammates and stakeholders under pressure.
•Help shape and own the fraud and risk function as the exchange scales, staying ahead of bad actors.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 65,000 - 75,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1–3 years of experience in fraud operations, trust & safety, risk, or a similar investigative role.
•Experience in fintech, gaming, marketplaces, or high-volume e-commerce is strongly preferred.
•Comfortable working with data and internal tooling; familiarity with SQL or analytics tools like Looker or Tableau is a plus.
•Strong investigative mindset with the ability to identify subtle patterns or anomalies in user behavior.
•Clear communication skills, especially when explaining why an account or activity is suspicious to non-technical teammates.
