Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee planning, execution, and closure of projects to ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and within approved scope.
  • •Approve project schedules, methodologies, delivery strategies, and control frameworks across the portfolio.
  • •Own cost control, margin protection, cash flow, forecasting, and budget vs. actual performance with project managers.
  • •Mitigate commercial and operational risks, manage variations, and support invoicing and claims approvals.
  • •Ensure quality and HSE compliance, enforce authority regulations, drive inspections/audits and NCR closure, and serve as senior operational interface for key clients and consultants.

Key Requirements

  • •Certified PMP.
  • •Strong AV/ELV systems knowledge (CCTV, ACS, AV, structured cabling, BMS interface).
  • •Comprehensive understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies and tools.
  • •Experience executing AV/ELV projects with value of 50–30M and above.
  • •Strong communication and client-facing ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
