Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and other project parties.
  • •Administer contracts according to project objectives and policies.
  • •Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to completion in line with budget.
  • •Monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely and correct applications.
  • •Support contract change, drive forecast/budget accuracy improvements, provide commercial guidance, and negotiate final accounts; lead people and commissions as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.
  • •Experience (or strong understanding) of cost management and contract management, including NEC3 and Option A, C & E.
  • •Strong capability across valuation, change management and control, and risk management.
  • •Commercial and project reporting skills, including pricing, procurement, and forecasting to completion.
  • •Collaborative communicator with good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, including value management/engineering (people and commission management also valued).
