Key Responsibilities

•Develop and expand a multi-tenant CI platform built on GitLab CI and GitHub Actions, including runner fleets, shared caches, artifact storage, and secrets brokering.
•Own Kubernetes infrastructure end to end, including cluster lifecycle, upgrades, autoscaling, node pools for GPU/CPU/ARM, network/storage policy, and runner scheduling controllers/operators.
•Drive reliability and capacity engineering through SLOs/error budgets, on-call, incident response, postmortems, and structural fixes to reduce toil as usage grows.
•Build a self-service layer (templates, reusable workflows, golden images, policy-as-code, guardrails) to onboard product teams quickly with secure-by-default pipelines.
•Improve developer experience via faster cold starts, smarter caching, hermetic builds, test sharding/flakiness reduction, and deep observability into pipeline performance and cost per team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 148,000 - 276,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years in SRE/platform roles, including SLO/SLI, incident command, resource planning, performance tuning, and production Linux administration at scale.
•Deep Kubernetes administration experience, including CRDs/operators, HPA/VPA/cluster autoscaling, ingress, service mesh, RBAC, network policies, and storage classes.
•Hands-on experience with GitLab CI and GitHub automated workflows at scale, including runner architecture, executor tuning, runner controllers, cache/artifact strategy, and pipeline development.
•Strong scripting/automation skills in Python, Go, or bash, with production experience in IaC/config management using Terraform, Helm, and Ansible, plus GitOps tools like Argo CD and Flux.
•BS/MS in CS or equivalent experience building observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki/ELK, or OpenTelemetry.
