Key Responsibilities

  • •Continuously update stores' look and feel to enhance visual representation.
  • •Maintain RESEC campaigns, zoning, and key initiative roll-outs.
  • •Conduct store visits and audits to improve shopping experience and customer readiness.
  • •Lead VM training for store teams to understand brand guidelines and create an attractive, engaging environment.
  • •Share a monthly beat plan, drive lighthouse store innovation, and track KPIs including net sales, stock cover, and budget efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser or Visual Manager.
  • •Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio.
  • •Solid field experience in visual merchandising (window displays, signs, interior displays, space utilization).
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Presentation and Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
  • •Bachelors/Masters degree in visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, exhibition design, visual communications, or similar.
