Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee development and governance of the AGRC practice in the Netherlands, ensuring strategic alignment with Commercial Risk and Cyber.
  • •Lead and coach four managers, strengthening collaboration, ownership and development within teams.
  • •Drive healthy, predictable practice growth balancing demand, capacity and quality.
  • •Strengthen AGRC’s proposition and positioning while increasing coherence across the practice and with international colleagues.
  • •Foster an open, professional and inclusive work environment and contribute to knowledge sharing within the global Aon network.

  • •Experience leading consulting or advisory teams in a professional services environment
