Lead the Dutch AGRC practice within Aon, steering strategy, development and governance for a 35-person advisory team across four managers. Key Responsibilities

•Oversee development and governance of the AGRC practice in the Netherlands, ensuring strategic alignment with Commercial Risk and Cyber.
•Lead and coach four managers, strengthening collaboration, ownership and development within teams.
•Drive healthy, predictable practice growth balancing demand, capacity and quality.
•Strengthen AGRC’s proposition and positioning while increasing coherence across the practice and with international colleagues.
•Foster an open, professional and inclusive work environment and contribute to knowledge sharing within the global Aon network.

Key Requirements

•Experience leading consulting or advisory teams in a professional services environment
•Proven ability to coach and develop managers and large teams
•Strong strategic development and organizational leadership skills
•Ability to balance demand, capacity and quality to drive predictable business performance
•Comfortable collaborating across a multinational network (EMEA) and with commercial stakeholders
