Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the organization’s data science and AI vision aligned to business objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • •Lead the development and implementation of machine learning models, algorithms, and AI systems, exploring innovative AI approaches to business problems.
  • •Build, mentor, and lead a team of data and machine learning engineers and AI specialists, providing guidance and professional development.
  • •Design and implement AI/ML solutions that enhance products, services, and operational efficiency, and integrate AI initiatives with product owners and business leaders.

  • •Deep understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms, including statistical modeling and deep learning.
  • •Proven ability to translate business strategy into AI-driven initiatives with measurable ROI.
  • •Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and security best practices, including ethical and compliant AI practices in regulated environments (preferred).
