Job Summary

Build trusting relationships with retail banking customers by engaging them in person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess customer needs, gather and process account information, and educate clients on deposit and loan products as well as self-service digital tools. Provide an optimal client experience, process basic transactions, open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications—using available resources and technology to ensure operational excellence and accuracy.
