Job Summary

Provide expert OT cybersecurity guidance to protect critical infrastructures from cyber threats. Lead and oversee security projects for operational technology systems, designing secure DMZ architectures, network segmentation (VLANs) and firewalls, and implementing solutions without impacting uptime. Assess OT cybersecurity programs and conduct vulnerability, risk, and penetration testing, aligned to frameworks such as NIST and ISA/IEC 62443. Mentor team members and advise clients on requirements, remediation, and incident response.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and oversee cybersecurity projects for operational technology systems across critical infrastructures.
•Design secure zone-conduit (DMZ) architectures and engineer network segmentation (VLANs) and firewalls with real-time constraints.
•Assess OT cybersecurity programs (standards, policies, plans, procedures) and recommend updates to comply with applicable frameworks and regulations.
•Conduct vulnerability and risk assessments and deliver penetration testing for critical infrastructures, recommending remediation.
•Respond to and manage cybersecurity incidents; mentor and share knowledge with the OT task force and communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; master’s in cybersecurity is a plus.
•8 to 10 years of experience, including consulting firms and/or OT control system vendor or OT cybersecurity consultation experience.
•Preferred certifications including GICSP, CISSP, GRID, or GIAC; Certified ISA Expert is a plus.
•Strong familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, DCS, and other OT technologies.
•Ability to assess, identify, and mitigate OT cybersecurity risks, with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
