Job Summary

Senior Project Manager leading a high-performing professional services team to deliver digital transformation programs for financial institutions using Salesforce and the nCino platform. You’ll manage multiple complex programs, configure systems with Implementation Consultants, drive platform adoption, oversee agile delivery, and coordinate across technology partners and internal stakeholders to meet business metrics.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and deliver multiple complex programs concurrently, including larger customers or multiple lines of business, leveraging Salesforce and the nCino platform.
•Lead and consult customers through digital transformation programs and oversee agile project delivery.
•Plan and designate program resources, monitor progress, and communicate burn summaries to stakeholders.
•Drive the single platform vision and adoption across the customer organization from executives to individual contributors.
•Coordinate with technology partners and internal stakeholders, and work with product management to inform roadmap decisions and improve revenue and customer retention

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•4 years of experience or a combination of education, experience, and superior performance in the financial industry (commercial or SBA lending)
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
•Understanding of Salesforce AppExchange
•Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage senior level relationships
•Position requires 35-50% travel
