Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end execution of customer projects and workstreams from planning through closure.
  • •Define project goals, scope, timelines, milestones, and delivery plans aligned to customer objectives.
  • •Monitor progress, budgets/costs, risks, and change requests; escalate issues as needed.
  • •Drive project governance via status reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive reporting.
  • •Manage integrated schedules, dependencies, resource planning, financial processes (cost control/invoice tracking), and customer acceptance activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills, including senior stakeholder and CxO-level engagement.
