•Provide oral support by phone to Heetch France users and support their satisfaction.
•Respond to users with kindness and guide them through each step to improve their experience.
•Join a 24/7 Care team and collaborate with managers and Care experts based in Algeria and France.
•Continuously adapt and learn to improve customer interactions over time.
