Director, Mechanical Engineering

Lead mechanical and product design engineering for advanced electromechanical systems, including the flagship Pod and a roadmap of new products. Oversee end-to-end development, manage mechanical and prototype/test engineers, and provide technical leadership on thermals, fluids, mechanisms, and sensing trade-offs. Collaborate cross-functionally to define and execute the hardware roadmap, grow the engineering team, and travel to Asia to ensure delivery from teams and suppliers.
