Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with stakeholders to execute model-based systems engineering development activities for the SAOC program, including lifecycle artifacts, requirements allocation, ICD creation, systems integration, verification and qualification.
•Participate in and help facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint reviews, and backlog refinement to support successful project execution.
•Work with distributed teams to design secure, networked infrastructure for next generation systems, including requirements traceability and system architecture.
•Develop and maintain MBSE artifacts and documentation to support lifecycle activities and program milestones.
•Act as SME and mentor junior engineers, contributing to technical leadership and capability development within the team.

Key Requirements

•Experience in one or more areas of the systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements development, design, integration, verification, validation, and technical documentation.
•Experience in MBSE, including system modeling, requirements traceability, or architecture development.
•Experience using the Atlassian toolset, specifically Jira, Jama, and Confluence.
•Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
•The ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. government security clearance is required; U.S. citizenship is required.
