Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to execute model-based systems engineering development activities for the SAOC program, including lifecycle artifacts, requirements allocation, ICD creation, systems integration, verification and qualification.
  • •Participate in and help facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint reviews, and backlog refinement to support successful project execution.
  • •Work with distributed teams to design secure, networked infrastructure for next generation systems, including requirements traceability and system architecture.
  • •Develop and maintain MBSE artifacts and documentation to support lifecycle activities and program milestones.
  • •Act as SME and mentor junior engineers, contributing to technical leadership and capability development within the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in one or more areas of the systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements development, design, integration, verification, validation, and technical documentation.
  • •Experience in MBSE, including system modeling, requirements traceability, or architecture development.
  • •Experience using the Atlassian toolset, specifically Jira, Jama, and Confluence.
  • •Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
  • •The ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. government security clearance is required; U.S. citizenship is required.
