Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute new product SOV testing phase, manage pre-production samples, and deliver handover packages that meet criteria.
  • •Manage new product D testing phase to support timely lunch to mass production and provide compliant handover packages.
  • •Design and optimize Product Master sprue with the team to ensure quality and suitability for mass production.
  • •Obtain and represent parameters, process routing, and tooling for new products based on testing results; ensure hanging, parameters, consumption, and plating program readiness (BB Plant).
  • •Monitor and improve new product testing processes, collect/summarize testing results, verify BOM accuracy and standard time, and provide work instructions and training for mass production.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Jewelry and Gem Design, or a related field.
  • •1–3 years experience in manufacturing, NPI, production, or process engineering (or 3+ years in jewelry production).
  • •Good knowledge of jewelry production processes.
  • •Understanding of engineering methodology and improvement techniques.
  • •Strong analytical/problem-solving, coordination/communication skills, including basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).
