Set up and operate automatic and CNC milling machines to mill teeth from carbon steel and bi-metal backing coil materials, ensuring precise tolerances and quality output. Review coils and historical coil tags, replace cutters after grind, and maintain a clean, orderly work area. Monitor for material defects and equipment malfunctions, and report issues to your supervisor while meeting demanding, fast-paced production deadlines.
