Job Summary

Support the Risk Department’s compliance framework by helping ensure regulatory obligations, internal policies, and risk-management standards are understood and maintained across the business. Assist with implementing and monitoring AI and automation initiatives within Compliance, create and maintain compliance training modules, and administer key governance systems including the Compliance Management System (CMS) and Learning Management System (LMS). Handle ad hoc compliance tasks and help with day-to-day compliance activities, including complaint handling.

Key Responsibilities

•Administer and maintain the Compliance Management System (CMS), Learning Management System (LMS), and other critical governance systems.
•Assist with ad hoc and ongoing compliance tasks, including day-to-day activities such as complaint handling and governance processes.

Key Requirements

•Fresh graduate encouraged; relevant internship experience in Compliance, Risk, Legal, Governance, or a related field is advantageous.
•Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred; other academic backgrounds welcome.
•Strong interest in building a career in Compliance within the financial services industry.
•Excellent communication skills to respond to internal queries and collaborate with stakeholders.
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling administrative and compliance-related tasks.
