Job Summary

Lead and develop a Sephora store team across departments, ensuring exceptional client service and execution of Sephora’s selling model. Key Responsibilities

•Oversee all sales floor departments within a Sephora location (Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance & Haircare) to ensure proper execution of Sephora’s selling model.
•Ensure timely response to client feedback by departments and partner with management to address client-related issues.
•Support staff training on Client Interactive Technology and recruit/develop cast to drive sales and client service.
•Assist in-store events to meet store goals and client needs.
•Provide performance feedback and conduct regular check-ins with direct reports to drive development and store performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 20 - 23.55 hourly

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of experience in a similar role at a similar-volume store or equivalent internal experience.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence partners at all levels.
•Proven ability to recruit and develop store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and client service.
•Ability to oversee multiple sales floor departments (Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance & Haircare) within a single location.
•Strong understanding of store sales performance and business opportunities.
