Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze information received from customers and determine whether pre-contract agreements should be concluded.
  • •Participate in contract development and negotiations with customers and partners, ensuring coherence of contractual content across subcontractors and critical suppliers.
  • •Evaluate risks and opportunities, including determining provisions for contractual risks for inclusion in pricing.
  • •Support project execution by explaining and maintaining the contract reference framework, tracing and handling gaps, and managing contractual risk plans.
  • •Deploy compliance pillars (anti-corruption, trade, antitrust, GDPR), maintain a claims journal, and handle disputes to seek amicable resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s-level education (Bac +5) in law.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in contract management (private/public contracts and project management).
  • •Strong contract negotiation skills in France and internationally (English C1).
  • •Ability to manage complex contract management in an industrial environment.
  • •Knowledge of competition law, GDPR, anti-corruption and trade compliance.
