Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute comprehensive user retention strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
•Conduct data analysis to identify retention patterns, churn, and opportunities and translate findings into actionable recommendations
•Implement retention campaigns using tools like Clevertap/Braze/MoEngage with personalized messaging and triggers to optimize customer journeys
•Develop and refine customer segmentation strategies to tailor retention initiatives for each segment
•Monitor and report on key retention metrics (churn, CLTV, repeat purchases) and run experiments (A/B tests) to maximize retention

•4+ years of extensive experience in user retention with a proven track record in performance-focused businesses
