Team Lead Rider On Ground Ops

Manage and improve rider performance across allocated zones within the city by tracking compliance and identifying performance gaps. Lead rider recruitment, onboarding, and training schedules, and oversee rider coordinators and/or rider captains. Maintain the rider roster and shift allocations, monitor individual performance with coaching or warnings, reduce customer complaints, and conduct on-ground audits of rider behavior and fleet appearance.
