Job Summary

Lead a distributed team of intermediate and senior Solutions Architects supporting Enterprise customers in the East sales territory. Coach and develop the team while modeling solutions work from discovery through technical validation and adoption of the GitLab Enterprise Edition platform. Drive quality and consistency of technical evaluations, demos, and proofs of concept, and partner across Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing to align technical and business outcomes throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a distributed team of intermediate and senior Solutions Architects supporting Enterprise customers in the East territory.
•Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular feedback and skills development in technical and consultative areas.
•Engage in key customer opportunities as a Solutions Architect, from discovery through technical validation and adoption of the GitLab platform.
•Drive quality and consistency of technical evaluations, demos, and proofs of concept to meet customer business and technical requirements.
•Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing; define and track KPIs and communicate progress, risks, and priorities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 142,200 - 213,300 annually

•Strong technical presentation and communication skills for technical and business stakeholders.
•Knowledge of the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including modern software development or operations practices.
