Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and monitor cross-functional teams delivering multiple concurrent projects, owning scope, schedule, budget, and key performance indicators (SPI, CPI, forecasting, resource utilization).
  • •Lead project teams delivering engineering studies, detailed engineering, EPCM, Owner’s Engineer, and other consulting delivery models aligned to client objectives and governance requirements.
  • •Facilitate interdisciplinary coordination by developing sufficient technical understanding, identifying risks and interface issues, and supporting decision-making during execution.
  • •Support business development through client relationship management, proposal development, project pursuits, contract negotiations, and resource planning.
  • •Develop and manage project documentation and closeout, including initiation/setup materials, QA/QC and safety plans, and lessons-learned activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related major, or equivalent experience in a technical or engineering firm.
  • •5-10 years of relevant experience in project engineering, project management, or engineering management in mining, mineral processing, industrial water treatment, or oil & gas.
  • •Proficient understanding of the project delivery process in the architecture/engineering/construction industry with strong project management experience.
  • •Highly proficient interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with leadership, clients, subcontractors, and employees at all levels.
  • •Experience owning project financial performance, including tracking expenditures and forecasting costs to complete.
