Job Summary

Design, develop, and enhance the NICE Actimize Integrated Fraud Management (IFM) platform. Build and maintain fraud detection workflows, plugins, custom rules, and business logic, translating business and regulatory requirements into scalable solutions. Own data integrations, ETL processes, and application interfaces; collaborate with fraud operations and technical teams; and support production upgrades, troubleshooting, and Agile delivery to improve fraud prevention in financial services.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and maintain the NICE Actimize IFM platform, including workflows, plugins, custom rules, and business logic.
•Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions.
•Develop and support data integrations, ETL processes, and application interfaces.
•Collaborate with fraud operations, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver platform enhancements.
•Perform upgrades, patches, performance tuning, and troubleshoot complex production issues including on-call support as required.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of application development experience, including Actimize IFM.
•5+ years developing Actimize workflows, plugins, custom rules, and business logic.
•4+ years supporting enterprise fraud management or financial crime applications.
•4+ years with data integration, ETL, and application interfaces.
•Proficiency with SQL and relational databases, plus experience with Java or other object-oriented languages.
