Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the roadmap for MeridianLink Collect, the cloud-based collections and recovery platform.
  • •Lead continuous discovery with collections managers, VPs of Collections, collectors, and compliance officers to identify high-value problems.
  • •Write PRDs and user stories across the delinquency lifecycle from early outreach through post–charge-off recovery.
  • •Drive agile delivery ceremonies and maintain a prioritized backlog aligned to team OKRs.
  • •Define and monitor collections KPIs (e.g., recovery rate, cost-per-recovered-dollar, roll/cure rates) and use them to guide prioritization and demonstrate impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 94,667 - 161,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant product management experience.
  • •Own a product area end-to-end, from discovery and definition through delivery and iteration.
  • •Experience managing API-integrated software products with multiple stakeholder groups.
  • •Strong command of agile methodologies and modern product discovery practices (e.g., Jobs-to-Be-Done, continuous discovery).
  • •Analytical mindset using data/product analytics tools to drive decisions and measure outcomes.
