Key Responsibilities

•Assist in the post-show sorting of recycling, composting, and landfill materials.
•Act as an ambassador to crew members to help them understand sustainability roles and goals.
•Support employee engagement programs such as water bottle refill punch cards, post-show sort giveaways, and new ideas.
•Engage fans and encourage participation in sustainability activities or education.
•Participate in Zero Waste Captain training.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.9 - 20.75 hourly

Key Requirements

•Ability to work well with other departments.
•Comfortable spending about 90% of the time walking, bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs, with about 65% sorting materials.
•Dedication to making a real and immediate impact through sustainability efforts.
•A positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork to execute programs.
•Experience in events, with zero waste events a plus.
