Job Summary

Own post-sales technical relationships for OpenAI’s top healthcare and life sciences customers, driving account health, adoption velocity, and measurable value. Lead configuration and enablement across OpenAI’s API and agentic platform, Codex, and ChatGPT Enterprise. Partner with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Product, Engineering, and Research to map workflows, validate use cases, build adoption roadmaps with KPIs, and coordinate multi-workstream deployments.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact, acting as a trusted advisor on deployment, adoption, and value realization.
•Own account health and adoption velocity, leading ongoing technical deployment success across a customer portfolio.
•Conduct technical enablement and configuration sessions across OpenAI products, including API and agentic platform, Codex, and ChatGPT Enterprise.
•Embed with customer teams to identify, validate, and translate use cases into actionable adoption roadmaps with milestones and KPIs.
•Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and measure value realization through baselines, post-deployment reporting, and impact tracking.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 162,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years in technical customer-facing roles (technical account management, solutions architecture, GenAI consulting/deployment, or similar enterprise adoption).
•Meaningful experience with healthcare or life-sciences organizations and familiarity with their data, workflows, regulatory environments, and operating models.
•Scientific or clinical training in a relevant field (medicine, biology, chemistry, pharmacy, biomedical engineering, or public health).
•Hands-on operational knowledge of OpenAI capabilities, including APIs, SDKs, connectors, integration patterns, and concepts like embeddings, retrieval augmentation, and fine-tuning/custom models.
•Experience deploying in regulated enterprise environments with knowledge of authentication, access controls, encryption, data classification, retention, auditability, and incident response.
