Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with OSHA and other regulations.
  • •Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • •Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses; document findings and ensure timely resolution.
  • •Facilitate safety training sessions and toolbox talks (e.g., PPE, forklift safety, emergency procedures, ergonomics) and maintain training records.
  • •Supervise physical security systems and entry/exit procedures; investigate security breaches, theft, and unauthorized access; coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of warehouse experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • •Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards; experience with safety audits, incident investigations, and emergency response planning.
  • •Ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Familiarity with warehouse operations, access control systems, and surveillance equipment.
