Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations) to deliver high-quality platform solutions on time and within budget.
•Facilitate the launch of new products and enhancements on Wealth Platforms, ensuring seamless integration with IT systems and third-party services.
•Define and track platform KPIs, analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency; implement governance for risk mitigation and QA.
•Gather, validate, and prioritize platform requirements based on stakeholder feedback, business goals, and regulatory standards; develop detailed functional specs and user stories.
•Lead IT project documentation (SOWs, BRDs, RFPs) and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective, high-quality delivery.

Key Requirements

•10 years of experience in a Wealth products-related role
•Proven experience managing digital platforms and product development
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making
•Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives
•Familiarity with wealth management products and regulatory/compliance considerations
