Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct spatial design direction for On’s non-retail environments, ensuring visual harmony and premium execution aligned to brand identity.
  • •Translate brand priorities into immersive physical concepts and compelling experience narratives.
  • •Develop briefs that enable internal and external designers and agencies to deliver premium, aesthetically aligned outputs from concept to launch.
  • •Guard brand design standards by maintaining coherence across touchpoints and publishing Brand Environment Design Guidelines/Principles.
  • •Create scalable physical brand systems and toolkits, and collaborate cross-functionally to align executions to a unified omnichannel vision.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5–7 years of experience in spatial design, environmental design, or experiential architecture, with a strong track record of leading design teams.
  • •Experience working within a top-tier creative advertising/experiential agency and/or in-house experience at a premium global lifestyle or performance brand.
  • •Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex physical design projects and activations from concept to execution, including $250k–$1M+ budgets.
  • •A portfolio of high-impact physical environments outside standard retail, including brand activations, event summits, pop-ups, and athlete-centric spaces.
  • •Strong experience developing global toolkits, design principles, and scalable frameworks for consistent brand expression across markets.
