Job Summary

Own the strategy, vision, roadmap, and end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce CRM capabilities for the Inventory Sales organization. Partner with Sales Leadership, Operations, Technology, Analytics, and client-facing teams to identify CRM challenges, prioritize investments, and deliver scalable products that improve account planning, contact/opportunity management, forecasting, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. Lead cross-functional discovery, Agile delivery, launch readiness, adoption, measurement, and continuous optimization, leveraging AI and automation to enhance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end product lifecycle including discovery, research, strategy, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, delivery, launch, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement.
•Define and execute Salesforce capability product strategies for account planning, contact/lead/opportunity management, sales workflows, customer engagement, forecasting, reporting, analytics, and client engagement.
•Partner with Inventory Sales leaders, frontline users, and stakeholders to identify CRM challenges and opportunities that improve productivity, customer outcomes, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
•Translate customer feedback, business objectives, quantitative data, and market insights into actionable product requirements and measurable outcomes.
•Lead cross-functional teams through product discovery, solution design, Agile delivery, launch readiness, change management, and post-launch optimization.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 4 years of experience in a related field (equivalent combinations considered).
•Experience owning and delivering software products end-to-end from strategy/discovery through implementation and optimization.
•Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms, CRM strategy, customer engagement solutions, and sales processes.
•Experience supporting sales organizations and delivering technology solutions that improve sales effectiveness, customer engagement, and operational performance.
•Ability to translate complex business challenges into product strategies, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes while coordinating across multiple stakeholder groups.
