Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage delivery of high-quality Accounts Receivable services for the local market business and lead cash collection for past-due accounts to improve DSO.
  • •Coordinate with billing, AR, and sales teams to ensure billing adjustments, revenue recognition, discounts, campaign changes, and customer revisions are processed timely and accurately.
  • •Support monthly close and account reconciliation, including analysing and resolving media billing discrepancies and driving client payment.
  • •Lead and develop the local OTC team and oversee the remote billing team’s day-to-day operations and workflow.
  • •Serve as the key O2C contact for escalated inquiries and produce monthly billing & AR metrics reporting; drive process improvement projects and standardisation.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep understanding of the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process (order processing, invoicing, billing, collections, and cash application).
  • •Strong experience at a managerial level in an Accounts Receivable role covering invoicing and collections.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills to manage customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
  • •Proficiency with OTC/AR-related software and ERP systems, plus data analytics to identify trends and anomalies.
