Plan and lead manufacturing processes for MRO efforts in Jacksonville, FL. Develop manufacturing concepts and strategies, integrate suppliers and materials, and review supplier data to meet requirements. Create tooling requirements, manage tools lifecycle, investigate manufacturing issues, and provide producibility input for designs and manufacturing technologies. Draft and maintain processes to meet regulatory needs, support shop and structures, and mentor teams while tracking engineering efforts to meet cost, schedule, and delivery commitments.
