Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day site supervision, including schedules, project progress, and resource allocation for construction site logistics/operations.
  • •Implement and enforce construction site logistics and SpaceX safety policies; drive contractor/in-house safety culture.
  • •Manage construction assets and site logistics (deliveries, offloading, inventory, storage, and staging of materials); maintain daily jobsite cleanliness.
  • •Create and enforce schedules for workers and subcontractors with engineering/project management; maintain daily operations logs and report as needed.
  • •Oversee procurement and execution of delegated construction projects, including gathering contractor proposals, assigning contracts, and developing final cost and schedule controls.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •2+ years of professional experience in engineering, construction management, architecture, or facilities management.
  • •Experience supervising a multi-discipline team of contractors and laborers.
  • •Understanding of multiple disciplines (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, piping, geotechnical, and surveying).
  • •Ability to read, review, and approve shop and fabrication drawings.
