Key Responsibilities

  • •Report disruptions or deviations in the production process to the Manufacturing group leader to minimize operational disruptions.
  • •Ensure components, parts, and documents comply with quality specifications before advancing in the process.
  • •Operate and oversee relevant machinery, tools, and equipment and execute production tasks per instructions.
  • •Monitor output quality, identify faulty products, and maintain records of daily production activities and pilot runs.
  • •Ensure effective team communication, maintain positive working relationships, and provide certification-level job training.
