Client Service Representative

Deliver exceptional customer service for a portfolio of service agreement accounts by managing renewals, driving scope expansion, and supporting retention and growth. Create quotations, pull through time-and-material and quoted jobs with the estimating team, and handle customer inquiries within 24 hours. Partner with sales and operations to develop account strategies, review weekly financial performance, maintain accurate opportunities in Salesforce, and support customer visits as needed.
