Collaborate with product and customer success to translate business requirements into scalable systems, guiding the transition from legacy to cloud-native services that process critical cash flow data.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a portfolio of technology projects and manage a team of software engineers building event-driven, cloud-native and full-stack systems.
•Collaborate with product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions and make design, architecture, and delivery decisions.
•Drive agile development and analytical methodologies while continuously improving team operations, processes, and technology choices.
•Coach and mentor engineers, champion engineering best practices (observability, incident response, production excellence), and run post-mortems/retrospectives.
•Own critical systems end-to-end (design through production support) and participate in on-call pager rotation (YBIYRI ethos: you-build-it-you-run-it).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 196,000 - 240,000 annually

•Strong proficiency across the software development lifecycle and engineering excellence processes, including Agile methodologies.

•Deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies, ideally including C#/.NET, SQL Server, and Entity Framework.
•Experience with Azure services (e.g., Function Apps, Service Bus) and cloud-native, event-driven systems is highly relevant.
