Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a portfolio of technology projects and manage a team of software engineers building event-driven, cloud-native and full-stack systems.
  • •Collaborate with product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions and make design, architecture, and delivery decisions.
  • •Drive agile development and analytical methodologies while continuously improving team operations, processes, and technology choices.
  • •Coach and mentor engineers, champion engineering best practices (observability, incident response, production excellence), and run post-mortems/retrospectives.
  • •Own critical systems end-to-end (design through production support) and participate in on-call pager rotation (YBIYRI ethos: you-build-it-you-run-it).
