Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with GTM teams to develop and execute demand generation strategies tailored to specific audiences, driving awareness, pipeline, and revenue growth.
•Coordinate cross-functional efforts to optimize targeting and messaging across product, sales, and customer teams.
•Develop robust multichannel demand gen plans annually and quarterly with clear goals, budgets, and KPIs.
•Test creative tactics within budget/timing constraints and adjust programs based on performance data to maximize pipeline and conversions.
•Maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships and ensure responsive communication to drive alignment and input related to lead generation and conversion.

Key Requirements

•BA required; experience marketing to institutional investors or financial stakeholders highly desirable.
•6+ years’ experience in GTM, demand generation, field marketing, or ABM roles—preferably with a focus on fintech, SaaS, or financial services audiences.
•Strong relationship management and internal stakeholder engagement skills across GTM teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success, Marketing).
•Deep understanding of modern marketing functions (digital, field, ABM, content, events, lifecycle) and ability to influence resources and priorities.
•Proven track record designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel, data-driven campaigns that create pipeline and accelerate revenue.
