Job Summary

Design and execute learning strategies at the squad level, from learning needs analysis to delivery support with regional teams. Facilitate onboarding and leadership development, maintain a global learning calendar, and drive engagement through global initiatives. Provide data-driven insights for MBRs/QBRs and support coaching/mentoring needs. Act as a local point of contact for core product ownership, ensuring data hygiene and regular content updates.

•Provide data-driven insights for MBRs and QBRs on learning activities for supported groups.
•Serve as a local point of contact for core product ownership, ensuring data hygiene and coordinating regular content updates.
