Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled features, from discovery to production in a revenue-critical product.
•Design and build AI infrastructure and agentic workflows on top of non-deterministic models, with robust evals and monitoring.
•Develop AI-powered approval workflows that translate natural-language rules into deterministic, auditable logic.
•Create an intelligent collections agent that automates reminders and escalations across customer payments.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product) to influence architecture and ship impactful solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 115,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years shipping production-grade backend or AI systems, with experience in real-world LLM-based applications.
•Experience designing and deploying agentic AI workflows and eval infrastructure to measure performance and safety.
•Proficiency in building reliable backend services and data pipelines, including end-to-end ownership from design to production.
•Ability to ship features that directly impact customers and collaborate with product/design teams to deliver outcomes.
•Strong understanding of AI security considerations and best practices for production systems.
