Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare monthly financial reports and performance dashboards for business review meetings.
  • •Support forecasting and budgeting cycles by consolidating data inputs, updating models, and validating accuracy.
  • •Perform variance analysis and highlight key drivers of performance vs. forecast, budget and last year.
  • •Collaborate with other team members to gather financial and operational data from different systems and sources.
  • •Maintain and enhance recurring reporting tools, templates and trackers using Excel and/or Power BI; ensure data quality across outputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
  • •3-5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or business controllership experience.
  • •Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Pivot) and knowledge of PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.
  • •Strong English communication skills; collaborative mindset and proactive attitude.
