Job Summary

Design and deliver trusted data and AI products at scale by creating reference architectures that move governed data from the semantic layer to analytics, applications, and AI agents. Build a natural-language data agent with agentic workflows (tool/function calling, orchestration, retrieval, evaluation, and guardrails). Partner with enterprise architecture and engineering to co-design the semantic foundation and translate business needs into production-ready systems using Python, SQL, Snowflake, and DBT.

Key Responsibilities

•Design reference architectures and delivery patterns that move governed data from the semantic layer to downstream consumers (dashboards, applications, AI agents) at scale.
•Architect and build a data agent (natural-language interface) so business users can query governed data without writing SQL, including orchestration, tool/function calling, retrieval, evaluation, and guardrails.
•Co-design the semantic layer (HoneyDew/DBT) covering metrics, dimensions, and governed business meaning for analytics and AI.
•Provide technical leadership by setting patterns, running design reviews, and mentoring engineers while partnering with the Data Engineer to productionize designs.
•Translate ambiguous business problems into clear technical requirements and lead stakeholder discussions between executive framing and engineering detail.

Salary: INR 2,549,100 - 4,248,500 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years across data architecture and hands-on engineering, including production systems used in enterprise environments.
•Strong Python and SQL proficiency, with deep hands-on experience designing and building on Snowflake and DBT.
•Experience designing and building LLM/agentic solutions including RAG, tool/function calling, orchestration (LangChain/LlamaIndex/LangGraph), and evaluation/observability.
•Strong understanding of the semantic layer as the bridge between source data and business meaning for trustworthy AI.
•Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and influence architecture decisions across teams.
