Key Responsibilities

  • •Process daily teller transactions including deposits, loan payments, check cashing, savings withdrawals, and night/mail deposits.
  • •Sell cashier’s checks and redeem savings bonds, and process currency transaction reports as needed.
  • •Provide client service by answering questions in person and over the telephone.
  • •Identify basic cross-sell and referral opportunities and direct clients to a banker when needed.
  • •Reconcile cash drawer, maintain cash supplies, and comply with bank operations and security procedures.
