Key Responsibilities

•Manage carrier performance across multiple regions, monitoring KPIs like SLA compliance, on-time delivery, transit accuracy, cost efficiency, and customer impact.
•Conduct weekly/monthly business reviews and drive action plans to improve carrier performance, including capacity planning, ramp-up, contingency plans, and peak readiness.
•Own quality performance and exception metrics (e.g., delivery accuracy, defect rate, loss/damage rate, exception rate, aging & lost, POD) and lead root-cause investigations with carriers and internal teams.
•Align end-to-end quality standards across the logistics chain (first mile to line haul to delivery to returns), reducing upstream errors affecting carriers.
•Collaborate with product and engineering to improve transportation tools (exception dashboards, carrier integrations, traceability, quality reporting) and ensure compliance, safety, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related field.
•5+ years of experience in transportation operations, carrier management, quality management, or vendor management.
•Strong data analytics capabilities to drive decisions based on KPI dashboards and operational insights.
•Proven ability to manage external partners and influence without direct authority.
•Experience in quality control, RCA, exception management, or logistics compliance with excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
