Key Responsibilities

  • •Own hands-on technical delivery for customer engagements, including discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, and end-to-end implementation.
  • •Embed with enterprise customers to architect and build integrations of Notion into their technical and operational environments.
  • •Design, build, and operate custom agents, integrations, automations, and data pipelines connecting Notion with customer systems and workflows.
  • •Lead large-scale content and data migrations, including scoping, data modeling, transformation logic, validation, and post-migration optimization.
  • •Troubleshoot complex implementation issues across APIs, integrations, automation logic, data quality, permissions, authentication, system limits, and customer-specific environments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 94,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in a customer-facing or forward deployed engineering role or similar hands-on technical role.
  • •Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, Node.js, SQL, or Python, with comfort writing production-quality code.
  • •Hands-on experience with APIs and data integration.
  • •Ability to lead technical discovery: assess feasibility, identify risks, scope technical work, estimate effort, and translate ambiguous requirements into an executable plan.
  • •Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across code, APIs, permissions, integrations, and customer-specific configuration, plus strong communication with technical and business audiences.
