Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and control parts inventory across warehouses and branches to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • •Analyze fast- and slow-moving parts to improve turnover and reduce holding costs.
  • •Coordinate inter-branch transfers and conduct periodic and annual stock counts with accuracy and compliance.
  • •Plan and execute procurement based on sales forecasts, OEM targets, and customer demand, including issuing purchase orders and tracking delivery/logistics.
  • •Coordinate pricing support, evaluate vendor performance, resolve supplier issues, and drive continuous process improvements while ensuring inventory/ERP data accuracy and procurement policy compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field.
  • •8–12 years of experience in inventory control and procurement, preferably in the automotive or spare parts industry.
  • •Experience with ERP systems and warehouse management tools.
  • •Knowledge of international sourcing, import regulations, and vendor management.
  • •Ability to evaluate and negotiate with vendors on pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions.
