Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all cost and contractual aspects of the project during preconstruction and construction phases.
  • •Prepare cost estimates and conduct value engineering analyses.
  • •Monitor project budgets and ensure financial control.
  • •Support the project team to achieve cost certainty, transparency, and value across the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Civil Engineer (or similar) with 4 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • •4 years minimum related experience in cost/contractual project work.
  • •Experience preparing cost estimates, conducting value engineering analyses, and monitoring budgets.
  • •Preferred: RICS certification or equivalent.
  • •Preferred: experience working with international standards such as AACE (7 years highly valued).
