Key Responsibilities

  • •Präventive Instandhaltung und ausfallbedingte Instandsetzung der Maschinen und Produktionsanlagen
  • •Erarbeitung einer nachhaltigen Instandhaltungsstrategie inkl. Wartungsplänen mit geeigneten Wartungszyklen, Koordination und Nachhalten jener periodischen Kontrollarbeiten und Inspektionen, Dokumentation sämtlicher Maßnahmen
  • •Sicherstellung der termingerechten Wartung von prüfpflichtigen Anlagen
  • •Planung, Koordination und Organisation einer effizienten Ersatzteilversorgung/-bevorratung
  • •Optimierung der Produktionsanlagen sowie sämtlicher Prozesse im Team

Key Requirements

  • •Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung oder fundierter Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung oder Reparatur mechanisch-technischer Anlagen
  • •Umfassende Kenntnisse in Mechanik, Pneumatik und idealerweise in SPS-Steuerungstechnik
  • •Teamfähigkeit, starke Durchsetzungs- und Entscheidungsfähigkeit
  • •Ausgeprägte Hands-On-Mentalität, Stressresistenz, Flexibilität, Ordnungssinn und Organisationsvermögen
  • •Strategisches Denken, strukturiertes Vorgehen und eine sorgfältige sowie äußerst verlässliche Arbeitsweise
